Birth is a deeply human experience. My role as a birth doula is to provide calm, knowledgeable, and nonjudgmental support so you can focus on your body, your baby, and your choices. I offer continuous physical comfort measures like positioning, and breathing techniques; emotional support to help you feel grounded and empowered; and informational guidance so you understand your options and can make confident decisions. I assist with communication and advocacy with your care team and hold space for your unique birth experience, whether at home, in a birth center, or in the hospital, from early labor through delivery and the first moments with your baby.

The Details
My birth doula packages range from $1,500 to $2,500, with a sliding scale available to make support accessible for all families.
What’s included:
1–2 prenatal meetings to discuss your goals, birth preferences, and comfort techniques
Continuous labor and birth support, including physical comfort measures, emotional guidance, and informational support
24/7 text and phone support leading up to your due date
Optional postpartum follow-up visit
A 50% deposit and signed contract are required to secure your spot, with flexible payment options available.
