I'm there for the physical stuff like positioning and breathing techniques, the emotional stuff like keeping you grounded when things get intense, and the informational stuff so you always know your options. Whether you're birthing at home, at a birth center, or at a Seattle hospital, I'm with you from early labor through those first moments with your baby.

The Details
My birth doula packages range from $1,500 to $2,500, with a sliding scale available to make support accessible for all families.
What’s included:
1 to 2 prenatal meetings to talk through your goals, birth preferences, and comfort techniques
Continuous labor and birth support including physical comfort, emotional guidance, and informational support
24/7 text and phone support as your due date gets close
An optional postpartum follow-up visit so you don't just get dropped after delivery
A 500% retainer and signed contract are required to secure your spot, with flexible payment options available.
