FAQs

Do you attend all types of births?

Yes, all of them. Hospital, birth center, home birth, with or without pain medication, inductions, cesareans. You name it, I'm there.

Will you replace my partner?

Nope, never. My job is to support both of you so your partner feels confident and involved, not pushed to the side. And if you don't have a support person, I'm more than happy to fill that role.

Do you offer meals for post partum?

Yes! I'm a Washington State certified food handler so I can cook nutritious meals at your place or bring them along. This is an additional service depending on what you're looking for. I'm also always happy to share recipes or resources if you just need some inspo.

Are you vaccinated and do you take any health precautions?

Yes and yes. I'm fully vaccinated and up to date on boosters. I practice careful hygiene, wash my hands constantly, and if I'm feeling even a little off I will reschedule rather than show up and risk your family's health. I'm also happy to mask upon request.

When should I book you?

Honestly, whenever feels right! A lot of families book during the second trimester to lock in their spot. The earlier you reach out the sooner you get access to support and someone in your corner.
