Postpartum Services

Every family deserves care that actually meets them where they are. I'm here to honor your traditions, your parenting choices, and your identity without judgment.

What do these services look like?

The weeks after birth are full of change, and it's okay if it feels overwhelming. As your postpartum doula I'm here to take some of that weight off your shoulders so you can actually rest, bond with your baby, and find your footing in this new chapter.

Every family deserves care that actually meets them where they are. I'm here to honor your traditions, your parenting choices, and your identity without judgment. From infant care and feeding support to rest, recovery, and keeping your household from completely falling apart, I've got you.

How it works:

Book a consultation, choose your package and dates, and we'll meet twice before your baby arrives to align on your goals and get to know each other. Then I show up ready to support you and your family.

Please note: due to a cat allergy I'm unable to work in homes with cats.

Support Includes

  • A calm, nonjudgmental presence to listen, validate how you're feeling, and help you process your birth experience and everything that comes with early parenthood. No judgment, no toxic positivity, just real support.

  • Hands-on guidance on soothing, feeding cues, diapering, bathing, and sleep so you actually feel confident caring for your baby. The goal is never to do it all for you, it's to make sure you've got it.

  • Hands-on help with chestfeeding, breastfeeding, pumping, or bottle feeding whatever your feeding journey looks like. Plus evidence-based resources and referrals if you need extra support along the way.

  • Creating space for you to actually rest. That means nourishing snacks, a calm environment, and yes, holding your baby while you nap. Your healing time is sacred and I take that seriously.

  • Light household support to keep things running smoothly while you focus on healing and bonding. I also help partners feel genuinely involved and confident rather than just hovering. I can help manage visitors too.

  • Need an IBCLC, a pelvic floor PT, or mental health support? I've got a network of trusted professionals I can connect you with so your postpartum care feels complete, not pieced together on your own.

Preparing for Your Postpartum Doula

A little prep goes a long way. Before our first visit it helps to think about what your household needs look like, what your recovery goals are, and any questions you already have about feeding or newborn care.

I'll show up with the tools, guidance, and support but your input is what shapes how we work together. The more I know about your preferences, the better I can tailor my support to actually fit your life.

From there we'll build routines, troubleshoot as things come up, and get you feeling confident in your new role. You focus on bonding and healing. I'll handle the rest.
