I’m a Seattle-based birth and postpartum doula trained through DONA International. I believe support should feel calm, steady, and deeply human. My role is to support you. Not to direct your choices, but to offer presence, reassurance, and a listening ear when it matters most. Whether you're preparing for birth or navigating the early days with your baby, my goal is to help you feel informed, confident, and cared for through every stage of your journey.
